STATIC
STATIC is made up of two friends who have been working together for the past 5 years since meeting at art school, before going on to Edinburgh and Liverpool where they completed their BA degrees. They then returned to their home town to set-up their first studio and are now based in East London, where they continue to produce their original work and screen print editions in house and by hand. Their work combines elements of street art and fine art, merging their clean graphic style with stencils, spray paint, screen-printing and paint brushes, to create unique pieces which have been exhibited on the streets of London as well as a number of international gallery spaces.
STATIC established their studio in 2006 and have been printing, painting and pasting all their work in-house to maintain a consistency of output and directly influence the decision making processes that go into each idea, original artwork and edition they produce. Their work can also be found in galleries across the UK, USA, Japan and Australia
