ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your access to and use of the Epoch Art Gallery website is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the website.
CHANGES TO WEBSITE
Epoch Art Gallery reserves the right to change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Epoch Art Gallery shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal; and change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
PRICES
All prices are shown in UK Pounds Sterling. Unless otherwise stated all prices are for unframed prints. Prices for framed prints are quoted where available. All prices include any VAT payable. Delivery for unframed prints is FREE to any UK address, £15 to an EU address and £30 to anywhere else in the world. The delivery charge for framed prints will vary by destination and the size and weight of the picture, so please contact us for a quote. We make every effort to ensure that all information on this website is accurate. However errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it. Epoch Art Gallery reserves the right to change prices on the website at any time without notice.
DELIVERY
We will process all orders so you receive them within 7 days. If for any reason an order cannot be processed within this time, we will notify you and offer you the option of a full refund. Epoch Art Gallery is not responsible for international duties or taxes and they remain the responsibility of the customer. All UK print only orders are sent via the Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service. Print only orders for Europe and the rest of the world are sent via the Royal Mail's International Signed For Service. These are signed for postal servcies and ensures that all items are correctly insured. If for any reason we are unable to deliver your print and the print is subsequently returned to Epoch Art Gallery you will be liable for repeat delivery charges. Your print will be rolled in acid free tissue paper and sent in a rigid cardboard tube. Larger items will be crated or flat packed according to suitability. All items are insured to cover the cost of the goods against loss or damage. Framed pieces will be sent via courier. Please open all deliveries immediately, any omissions or errors must be reported within 24 hours.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with the goods or have changed your mind you have the right to cancel within 7 days of the contract, or 7 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer), return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. Please e-mail us via the 'Contact' page on the website telling us that you are returning the goods and why. The goods must be complete, and in 'as new' condition as you received it in. You will receive a full refund, minus the cost of postage. The cancellation is free of charge provided you inform us that you intend to cancel within this 7 day period and return the goods within a reasonable period of time. We cannot cancel your purchase when: you are unable to provide proof of purchase, or the goods have been damaged since delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if: We or our suppliers have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered or such goods have been discontinued; One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be liable to pay any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
COLOURS
The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
